MEWSIC collaboration charter signing

Babcock is delighted to have signed a Charter of Collaborative Working for the design, manufacture, delivery and in-service support for the Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Integrated Capability (MEWSIC) Increment 1. Page Content

​Babcock was joined by the Ministry of Defence and its collaboration partners Elbit Systems UK (ESUK) and QinetiQ.

This contract covers the acquisition, integration and through-life support of a sensor suite and a command and control system and its associated systems for in-scope Royal Navy Platforms.

Simon Holford, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Director at Babcock, said: “We were delighted to be joined by the Ministry of Defence and our partners to sign the Collaboration Charter as we proudly support the Royal Navy and its allies with MEWSIC Inc1.”
